I want you to be not only happy with your purchase, I want you to be delighted with it!  If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days for a refund. Please note purchaser bears all shipping return costs.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact me immediately.  If I can offer a replacement, I will do so.  Otherwise a refund will be provided.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Once your return is received, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of your refund.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 1258, Davidson, NC, 28036, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

 Buttonjar Studios/Julie Cashin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
