Grandma kept a large Ball jar on the top shelf of her broom closet.
You wouldn't find preserves or canned veggies in that jar.
Instead, that jar was chock full of buttons and in my little mind, inspiration.
Sorting, stringing and playing with those beautiful buttons created a wonderful childhood memory for me.
Today that jar is a symbol of my creativity and the inspiration I hope to pass along to other makers.
